By using GameDay Warden, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What the App Does

GameDay Warden is a free tool for coordinating items guests bring to parties. The app is provided "as is" for casual, personal use.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Only share party links with people you trust.
• Don't enter sensitive or private info in task names.
• You're responsible for the content you add to parties and tasks.

4. SMS Notifications

GameDay Warden offers optional SMS notifications. If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box (and, for task assignees, by replying YES to a confirmation text) and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GameDay Warden. Message types: party invitations, task assignments, game-day reminders, and party status updates. Message frequency: up to 10 messages per party. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using GameDay Warden. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

5. Disclaimers

We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or always available. We're not liable for ruined parties, missing ice, or any consequences of using (or not using) the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the app at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
